Cancellation and Refund

- Consultation and assessment fees are non-refundable.
- Admission fees and security deposits are non-refundable once treatment begins.
- Inpatient charges, rehab program fees and therapy fees are non-refundable under any
- circumstances.
- Advance payments can be adjusted towards future services only with management
- approval.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days after review by the
- hospital management.
- No refund is provided for voluntary discharge against medical advice (LAMA).
- Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds.
