Cancellation and Refund

Bharosa Neuro-Psychiatry Hospital

  1. Consultation and assessment fees are non-refundable.
  2. Admission fees and security deposits are non-refundable once treatment begins.
  3. Inpatient charges, rehab program fees and therapy fees are non-refundable under any
  4. circumstances.
  5. Advance payments can be adjusted towards future services only with management
  6. approval.
  7. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days after review by the
  8. hospital management.
  9. No refund is provided for voluntary discharge against medical advice (LAMA).
  10. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds.
